For the longest time, I had no idea how to go about setting goals properly. I tried S.M.A.R.T. goals several times but that never worked and I always felt worse after.
So…what finally helped me break through?
I created a system that took fear out of the equation. I used an evidence based approach that helps introduce you to goal-setting and guides you through obstacles and barriers that might be in the way of achieving the goal you’re setting. Our subconscious is always working in the background, and my goal setting system uses it to your advantage.
All because I spent a small amount of time moving something from my “Someday Maybe” list to my “It’s All Done” list.
